Abstract


As we all know , the land contract and management system based on the household contract responsibility system , used to stimulate the enthusiasm of hundreds of millions of farmers on the land , agricultural productivity has been greatly improved . With the development of China's \\In this paper, based on the autonomous region of the second national agricultural census data , clarify the land contract and management rights transfer of status quo analysis of rural land contract management rights transfer existing problems and constraints influencing factors of land contract and management rights transfer , in exploring the land contract and management rights transfer mode on the basis of the research results from domestic and foreign scholars , the design of the questionnaire , through research, analysis , select the field , from an empirical point of view , comprehensive analysis of local land contract and management rights transfer mode , and finally put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for improving land circulation theoretical approaches to providing systematic and practical guidance. By exploring its evaluation of the four modes of transfer of land contract and management rights , recognize the obstacles on the ideas and work on the deviation of the actors in the process of transfer of contracted land in Xinjiang rural establishment and improvement of the regional land contract management rights transfer effective mechanism to build circulation mode for contracted land in rural areas of the autonomous region , making the land transfer process violations significantly reduced , regulate trade , effectively promote reasonable flow and optimized allocation of land resources , increase farmers' income and promote the continued development of agriculture and rural economy .
