Abstract


Good financial level of development of the economic development of a country is closely related . Whether it is in the developed countries , developing countries or transition economy countries , financial innovation or financial repression will spawned the development of non-formal finance . From a sense of private financing is the product of financial repression . At the same time , non - formal financial phenomenon worldwide . Private financing problem is financial deepening and financial development in developing countries in the theory and practice of a hot topic the past two decades , in our country , the private finance position and role in the reconstruction of the financial system has also been more and more attention . Since the strategy of revitalizing the northeast old industrial base , the country in terms of financial credit and capital market development to give greater support of the northeastern region . The same time , the Northeast region folk financing , in particular, the rural private lending market has become increasingly active , and has played an increasingly important role in the rapid economic development of the northeastern region . Make up for the lack of formal financial supply at the same time , however, the Private Finance will produce a negative impact on economic security and stability . This paper will the generation and development of private financial reasons in the northeast region , the status quo and the problems in-depth analysis and targeted policy recommendations the healthy and orderly development of private financial northeastern region . This study has practical significance for a correct understanding of the development of the Northeast Folk financing , and on this basis to develop appropriate policies and measures to get rid of the current policy dilemma , to play an active role in the financial services of private financing , improve the financial system , to reduce the financial risks .
