Abstract


Along with the development of economic globalization and trade liberalization and trade and investment facilitation , the modern logistics industry has developed into an emerging service trade , their level of development is directly related to a country and the region overall transaction costs and transaction efficiency as a measure of an important symbol of a country or city economic competitiveness and support sustainable development conditions starting point . Modern logistics industry is a product of socio-economic development to a certain stage in the modern information technology and the development of the Internet based on certain traditional industries such as transportation, warehousing , merging to form a new industry to industry . The paper first analyzes the theory of modern logistics and competitive advantage , followed by analysis on the current situation of the development of modern logistics industry in Tianjin and competitive advantage of modern logistics industry in Tianjin , including analysis from the external environment , industry indicators and logistics companies development status , and learn from the \analysis of the competitive advantages of the modern logistics industry , and finally put forward countermeasures and suggestions to enhance the competitive advantages of the modern logistics industry in Tianjin , which first analysis of important significance to improve the modern logistics industry in Tianjin , including enhance city competitiveness effective way ; there conducive to drive the rapid development of related industries ; help enhance the attractiveness and competitiveness of external capital ; conducive to improve the city's ability to radiate ; conducive to the formation of a new industry to industry , optimize the industrial structure . Several countermeasures to enhance the competitive advantage of Tianjin Modern logistics industry , including to increase the pace of port construction , and economic development of the port , for the development of the logistics industry , the government should provide a better policy environment , and promote the transformation of traditional logistics enterprises , property rights reform of state-owned logistics companies the development of third-party logistics .
