Abstract


The process of highway construction projects generally have a long construction period, the amount of investment , high quality and technical requirements to participate in the main and more complex organizational relationships . A lot of uncertainties in the project implementation process , and constantly changing , and the resulting risk often affect the smooth implementation of the project . Whether the project owners, contractors, or Supervisor , in the process of implementation of the project will face a variety of risks , especially the risks faced by the contractor up to these possible risks if the expected ill or improper handling , most likely caused by the project objectives can not be achieved , resulting in a serious loss , serious and may even result in the bankruptcy of the enterprise .
