Abstract


The U.S. subprime mortgage crisis is an ongoing economic problems , and from the various channels of commercial banks, investment institutions , fund companies to penetrate into the financial markets , caused by a global financial crisis , causing a bad impact on the real economy . The crisis started in the real estate bubble burst , the higher default rates of subprime loans and adjustable rate loans . Excessive financial innovation , loose financial supervision and the distortion of the rating is the main cause of the spread of the crisis . The problem of the huge losses caused by the crisis in the financial institutions , global stock markets , the volatility of the foreign exchange market , the credit market crunch , forcing Governments to introduce a series of economic stimulus packages to promote economic growth and inspire investor confidence . This paper first introduces the formation and influence of the U.S. subprime mortgage crisis , which focuses on the subprime mortgage crisis on the dangers of the United States and the world economy , its destructive glance .
