Abstract


With the development of biology and genetic techniques , the gene was regarded as a basic human understanding of a variety of biological tools . Due to the the gene chromosome itself has a huge amount of data , the gene fragment segmentation gene structure analysis important preliminary work more and more to be more people's attention . In this paper, the Arabidopsis gene chromosome , the use of tiling Array technology data files into the original gene probe file , and then use the standardized procedures for processing the probe file , and then the distribution of these probes fuzzy segment . Segmented information according to the original gene annotation information for comparison, the difference by which to try to discover new genetic characteristics fragment , update the original annotation information ; simultaneous contrast , wild-type and variant sub- segment information , looking for each other's differences , these location-specific genes differentially expressed by the fragmentation provides a basis of reference for biological experiments from a biological point of view , it is possible to explain the outward manifestation of the variation of the plant . Tiling array chip technology has great significance , for the expansion of the field of biological research .
