Abstract

Tannins are a class of polyphenolic secondary compounds, widely present in various plants. UV intensity in the Tibetan Plateau, high altitude, hypoxia cold environment, a variety of plants have high levels of phenolic secondary compounds. This experiment illustrates the long-term living in alpine ecosystems and different vegetation habitats of small mammals use countermeasures against secondary compounds, sterile collection plateau pika (Ochotona curzoniae) and root vole (Microtus oeconomus) feces, isolated and monoclonal culture tannin degrading strains, the use of molecular methods for species identification; in different months or different doses being administered tannins, the use of UV spectrophotometry bowel tannin tannin degrading bacteria enzyme activity, thus investigate and root vole pika tannin degrading bacteria intestinal enzyme activity and tannin ingested tannins relationship. The results are as follows: Two animal intestines were able to degrade tannins with strains from the plateau pika intestine isolated and identified Bacillus licheniformis (Bacillus licheniformis), acetic acid bacteria (Acetobacterium), urea Bacillus Sarcina (Sporosarcina ureae) , Klebsiella pneumoniae (Klebsiella pneumoniae), Shigella (Shigella) and Bacillus subtilis (Bacillaceae); isolated from the root vole intestine cancer, birth identification Enterobacter (Enterobacter cancerogenus), Pantoea (Pantoea), wax like Bacillus (Bacillus cereus), Pseudomonas (Pseudomonas), Bacillus thuringiensis (Bacillus thuringiensis) and Klebsiella (Klebsiella). In addition to the mainland clothing pika intestinal bacillus tannase activity was significantly higher than the other strains, the two kinds of animals other tannin degrading bacteria was no significant difference in enzyme activity. In addition, temperature and pH on the degradation of all the bacteria the ability to have a similar effect. Survive in the wild environment, 6,7,8 and September plateau pikas and root voles tannin degrading bacteria intestinal enzyme tannin same trend, both in August maximized. Ig, 10 and 20mg · (kg · BW · d) -1 dose of tannin with the control group, the root vole various doses of intestinal microbial tannase activity were significantly increased (p lt; 0.05). Greater the dose reaches the maximum, the sooner. But pika gavage 5 and 10mg · (kg · BW · d) -1 tannin four days, the enzyme activity was significantly lower than the control group (p lt; 0.01). And 20 mg · (kg · BW · d) -1 enzyme activity in the group administered on the first day than the control (p lt; 0.01), this inhibition continued until the fifth day. These results suggest that: two feeding small mammals are grown intestinal microbial degradation may depend not enter the cells in vivo tannin secondary compound, ability to degrade tannin concentration.
