Abstract

In this paper, we consider a machine with a known fixed unavailable constraint interval , the task of processing is not interrupted machine scheduling problem , while the task with a transit time need to be sent in its processing after the hands of customers . First, we consider two parallel machines , a machine with a fixed the unavailable constraint interval , while the other machine is continuously available , the objective function is to minimize the maximum transportation completion time , the problem is NP- difficult. We propose an 8 / 5 polynomial approximation algorithm , and that this bound is tight community, but also using dynamic programming and mixed integer programming model for solving the problem . Second, we consider a stand-alone machine with a fixed unavailable constraint interval scheduling problem , the objective function is to minimize the maximum weighted transportation completion time . This problem is NP-hard . We use dynamic programming and mixed integer programming model for solving the problem . Q_i = q_o special case of the worst examples of ratio of 2 and 1 ε polynomial approximation algorithm . Finally, we consider the same machine with a fixed unavailable constraint interval single machine scheduling problem , the objective function is to minimize the maximum weighted total transportation completion time . This problem is also NP-hard . Using dynamic programming and mixed integer programming model for solving the problem .
