Metal smelting slag dump a serious threat to the ecological safety of the surrounding environment, giving residue field surrounding natural environment, social and economic life has brought a greater negative impact. Select this ancient Fengdu County, Chongqing lead and zinc smelting slag dump for the study, collected through field surveys and systematic waste mountain soil samples and samples with microwave digestion, fluorescence spectroscopy and other instruments to complete waste and heavy metals in soil Yamashita experiments test and then using similar RBCA \Waste and residue field trials of acute toxicity, corrosivity analysis and leaching toxicity studies to further determine the nature of the waste and pollution. And proposed to control and reduce the area of ??heavy metal pollution measures and recommendations. By analyzing the measured total amount, slag Zn, Pb metal content is higher, Zn Pb average content of up to 68818 mg / kg, the waste is still high reuse value. Which can be judged by calculating more than 3.67% Zn Pb has been released into the surrounding environment pollution to the environment. Slag As, Cd, Cr, etc. is also relatively high metal content, they have high toxicity, a threat to the surrounding environment. From the total amount of heavy metals in farmland foot analysis, which has been contaminated to the foot of arable land. Through the \In the acute toxicity test, waste water extract of mouse acute oral LD50 greater than 20ml/kg.bw. During the test, no mice died, but the weight gain was significantly decreased, indicating that the residue field of biological waste leachate normal growth and development of certain chronic hazards. Through the analysis of corrosive waste residue to determine the entire residue field is weakly alkaline environment. And the residue field surface pH value is relatively high, middle and bottom residue field pH close to neutral, relatively low. The reason may be the residue field Lek surface flooding by rain and other outside influences than the middle and bottom serious. Stacking area late lower pH, the performance of growth over time piling, waste pH value increased. Leaching of the slag samples for toxicity studies, found that slag leaching of Zn and Pb in low, Zn only trace leaching, Pb leaching amount below the detection limit or, on the contrary there is a certain amount of Cr and Cd leaching. Description of the waste in the normal conditions of rain flooding Lek, Cr and Cd leaching time than Zn and Pb leaching time is longer. Analysis of the reasons may be due to weak alkaline waste leaching has some weak acid buffering capacity, resulting in waste leaching toxic. Description although experienced hundreds of years of rainwater leaching, the leach residue still has some toxicity, the surrounding environment is still a large threat. Finally, the paper presents the region of heavy metal pollution control and reduction measures and proposals to address the migration of heavy metals in the slag, as well as the natural environment, downstream residents, arable and livestock food security, water security proposed prevention and treatment programs.
