Abstract

Environmental protection and energy conservation is the key to achieving sustainable development , the development of low fuel consumption and low emissions performance gasoline engine become the main direction of product development , which is to improve the lean-burn gasoline engine to improve fuel economy and an important means of their emission characteristics . Dual spark plug ignition system is to achieve an important means of lean combustion . In this paper, in order to build industrial group 400ATV model motorcycle engine as the research object, integrated engine theory and numerical analysis , simulation and experimental testing analytical tools and other technical means , through the establishment of 400ATV model motorcycle engine combustion , heat and gas exchange other models , eventually forming process cycle engine simulation model , and take this study of various parameters on engine performance . In 400ATV engine changes its structure , dual spark plug structure . While the experimental prototype test series experiments . Numerical simulation software to build engine process simulation model of engine performance simulation analysis through simulation experiments to compare test. To burn test platform based on measuring the transient cylinder pressure , intake and exhaust pressure and engine crank angle and other basic data . With these data, analysis of the indicated mean effective pressure , the maximum combustion pressure and crank angle position , the maximum rate of pressure rise and the crank angle position , the combustion knock intensity , heat release rate, cumulative heat release rate and other parameters of the engine combustion characteristics combustion.
