Abstract


This paper makes a post-evaluation to the socioeconomic impact on the urban green space system in Taiyuan City by using techno-economic analysis method,so that to provide references and experiences for the following construction of urban green space system in Taiyuan City.At present, most of the evaluation of urban green space system both in Taiyuan City and our nation is one-sided and single.The lack of systematic integrated assessment system leads something in the urban green space system has always been neglected.Therefore,it is quite necessary to analyze the socioeconomic impact on the urban green space system in Taiyuan City and then establish the integrated assessment indicators.This paper makes the initial election of indicators by using Experts’ Intuitive Judgment Technique;on this foundation,the paper uses Experts’ Consultant Technique to finish picking up the indicators.Ultimately,the writer has established the techno-economic indicator system of urban green space system which includes six primary indicators(including macroeconomic,sector economy,the relevant departments’ economy,environment,social culture and people’s living conditions) and seventeen secondary indicators;and invited some authoritative experts to mark the questionnaire and determined the comprehensive weight of assessment indicators by using the advanced Analytic Hierarchy Process.Meanwhile,the writer has set a fuzzy integrated assessment model to the assessment for the socioeconomic impact on the urban green space system.The result is that the socio-economic impact on the urban green space system in Taiyuan City has a "good" evaluation and the degree belongs to "good" is 0.2949.It indicates that the urban green space system in Taiyuan City has got a good socio-economic impact since it has been built and put into use.This paper improved the scaling value of the traditional Analytic Hierarchy Process.The improved scaling value is more accurate and can ensure the consistency of judgment matrix much better.In the meantime,the paper provides the feedback of the urban green space system after it has been evaluated;in this case,the urban green space system will be more efficient.
