The finite element method is the basic method of calculation, and it is more usefull for complex engineering calculations.Based on the classical theory, the finite element use computer to analysis complex engineering problems. With finite element method widely used, There are various of finite element calculation software, such as ANSYS,SAP,ABAQUS, and so on,However, there are also unknown problems that the software above can’t solve it is necessary.Iit is significant that researchers introduce new constitutive relation to make necessary supplement for FEM depending on specific calculation demand.Concrete is a kind of heterogeneous material with micro-crack,it is significative that choose a reasonable constitutive relationship and yield criteria when accurate analysis of their real force situation. However,it is very difficult to calculate problems with our proposed concrete constitutive model according to FEM software. Therefore, this article writted the finite element program of elasto-viscoplastic constitutive based on the unified strength theory, which can reflect the elasto-viscoplastic of concrete structure. At the same time, the program can exchange data through ANSYS easily.Based on the elasto-viscoplastic constitutive relation of Perzena and introducting unified strength theory, the constitutive model under three dimensional stress states was formulated. Then,a finite element program was written by FORTRAN,and it was verified by the thick-walled cylinders. Finally,a third point flexural concrete beam and an asphalt pavemen under static loads are simulated by the program, the calculation results and experiment results are compared and analyzed. The program has some special functions which provide good foundation for further study.(1) The program can carry out the structural calculation considering the SD effect and the effect of intermediate main stress.(2) The program can make full use of the ANSYS software to do the pre-processing and post-processing of FEM through data exchange.(3) The problems of nonlinear static analysis with different materials and loading modes can be solved in one program, because many key options are set to solve different problems.(4) The program provides several material models to be chosen and the models can be modified easily if it is necessary.
