Abstract


Asphalt mixture segregation is one of the main reasons for premature failure of asphalt pavement . Mixture segregation in some projects because the existing research and propose appropriate control measures . Regional material supply and construction of technical level but quite different , the thesis focuses on the the northeast cold areas asphalt pavement construction status quo , in-depth research to a variety of factors to affect the area asphalt mixture segregation from the asphalt mixture materials to the construction sectors control carried out the isolation control key technical aspects of the system , the formation of the construction set of the different types of asphalt mixture segregation prevention and control technology . The research on the prevention of the asphalt pavement construction in segregation , improve the uniformity of the pavement and extend the pavement life has important guiding significance and practical value . The papers relying chillinji Hui highway , for the route in which the natural environment , from different stages of the asphalt mixture design , production and management of raw materials , Asphalt Mixing , transportation, paving , crush , etc. , leading to multiple types of asphalt mixture material to produce aggregate segregation, temperature segregation , RCC segregation and aggregate - asphalt segregation multifactorial system . Drill- core samples and non-destructive testing methods , PQI non-nuclear density gauge and other advanced equipment , through a large number of laboratory and field tests of data analysis, the proposed structure depth ratio , porosity , Whetstone difference , aggregate gradation difference determining seasonal frozen area of asphalt pavement aggregate segregation degree of multi-index criteria . Using infrared cameras , metal probe type thermometer and PQI non-nuclear density gauge , temperature segregation of density and porosity of the asphalt pavement , the temperature segregation discriminant and control requirements . In addition, we also focus on how to improve the aggregate gradation design , production control of raw materials and stacking , mixing equipment adjustment and improvement , standardization of transport and handling , paving roller compaction parameters set , the RCC process to optimize the combination of effective prevention and control of asphalt mixture material construction segregation system , set for seasonal frozen area asphalt mixture segregation prevention and control of effective methods , and successfully used in the asphalt pavement construction quality control based on the project .
