Abstract

In recent years , China 's highway mileage and car ownership in the rapid growth of the great economic and social benefits at the same time , traffic accidents have become increasingly severe , has seriously affected the production and life of the people . During this period , the highway central isolation with isolation facilities and other related problems are more prominent , led to a large number of vicious accident . Highway central isolation facilities at home and abroad to use more real vehicle full-scale crash test , the cost is higher ; virtual model - based simulation is an effective method worth exploring . In this paper, based on the collision force analysis of highway curbs , ADAMS Series software technology platform , constructed collision model is based on the software the 3D compact car model , the curbs model and car - curb stone ; speeds in different collision ( 60km / h, 80km / h, 100km / h), under different collision angle (10 °, 20 °, 30 °), the different road curbstones type ( H1 type R1 , type F1 , RA3, type , RA5 is type ) of the conditions , non-repetitive cross- car - curbs, crash simulation experiments ; analysis of car models after the collision speed , acceleration , trajectory , and roll-over situation ; as a basis for comparing different curbs collision type performance. Meanwhile, on this basis , a further improvement for better performance of the curbs sectional linear design a more reasonable curbs type , reducing the possibility of rollover automobile collision , will also help restore the original automotive collision route for highway the central isolation facilities and safe driving .
