Studied the diets supplemented with rare earth chitosan chelate salt (rareearth-chitosanchelate, RECC) of carp (CarassiusauratusL.) growth, digestive enzyme activities, intestinal structure and hepatopancreas IGF-Ⅰ mRNA expression levels. Experimental set up a blank control group and three experimental groups of three repeat. Blank control group carp fed the basal diet, the experimental group carp fed diets containing rare earth chitosan chelate salt (composed as follows basal diet supplemented with 0.08%, 0.16%, 0.24% RECC). Carp about the initial weight 5.0g culture period 60d, the results showed that: 1, add RECC can significantly promote the carp growth. Compared with the control group, the diets supplemented with 0.08% rare earth chitosan chelate salt can very significantly improve carp terminally average weight (P lt; 0.01), significantly improved weight gain (P lt; 0.05); 0.08% , 0.16% and 0.24% RECC groups carp-specific growth rates were increased by 51.69%, 14.41% and 28.81% (P gt; 0.05), the efficiency of protein utilization increased by 52.78%, 12.50% and 23.61% (P gt; 0.05) add RECC enhance carp, feed conversion rates were reduced by 42.96%, 9.62% and 22.30% (P gt; 0.05); comprehensive evaluation order of 0.08%, 0.16% and 0.24% RECC group biology 1.53,1.11 and 1.22. 2 intestinal digestive enzyme activity. 0.08% RECC can be a very significant increase of intestinal amylase and lipase activity (P lt; 0.01), and significantly improved the intestinal protease activity (P lt; 0.05); adding 0.16% RECC can be significantly enhanced intestinal amylase, protease and lipase activity (P lt; 0.01); add 0.24% RECC on intestinal lipase activity with a very significant role in promoting (P lt; 0.01), significant intestinal amylase and protease activity to promote the role of (P lt; 0.05) ; RECC add three levels had no significant role in digestive enzyme activity of the liver and pancreas (P gt; 0.05). Add RECC improve the carp gut morphology. Add RECC mucosal pleated become slender shape is more uniform, the number increased. Of which, 0.08% RECC group mucous membrane pleated number significantly increased (P lt; 0.05), mucous membrane pleated width significantly lower (P lt; 0.05), goblet cell number significantly increased (P lt; 0.05); 0.16% RECC group goblet cells number increased significantly (P lt; 0.01). The ultramicroscopic observed blank control group intestinal microvilli block., Sparse and uneven distribution; the RECC Add group microvilli compared with blank control group significantly dense, uniform distribution. 4, add the RECC to improve the amount of carp hepatopancreas of IGF-Ⅰ mRNA expression. Compared with the blank control group, 0.08%, 0.16% and 0.24% RECC carp hepatopancreas IGF-Ⅰ mRNA expression levels in turn increased 47.44%, 32.54% and 29.70%, there are very significant differences (P lt; 0.01); between three RECC add group no significant difference (P gt; 0.05).
