The trial of three plant extracts (Quillaja saponins, polyphenols, silymarin hormone) and its composition of different crucian carp (Carassius auratus gibelio) growth performance, protein synthesis, and the impact of liver morphology. Test selection weight of about 12.84 ± 0.12g the autumn flowers allogynogenetic silver crucian 450 randomly divided into five dietary treatment groups, each group three replicates, repeated every 30 fish. Each treatment group were fed different diets, the basal diet 4mg/kg flavomycin, a 150mg/kg's Quillaja saponins, the 50mg/kg polyphenols and 100mg/kg silymarin, the control group fed the basal diet. Keeping 56 days after the determination of growth performance, blood biochemical parameters, muscle and liver RNA / DNA and protein / RNA ratio, muscle nutrient content, antioxidant indicators and analysis of liver morphology. The results showed that: ① The three kinds of plant extract objects fall flowers allogynogenetic silver crucian carp growth performance without significantly with the sex affect (P gt; 0.05); ② The soap tree saponins can significantly significantly improve serum albumin (ALB) of content (P lt; 0.05); tea polyphenols can significantly increase serum alkaline phosphatase (AKP) vitality (P lt; 0.05), lower serum urea nitrogen (BUN) levels (P lt; 0.05); silymarin significantly increased serum AKP vitality (P lt; 0.05) ; ③ The three kinds of plant extract objects muscle and liver RNA / of DNA, protein / RNA ratio without significantly with the sex affect (P gt; 0.05); ④ three kinds of plant extract objects muscle nutrients content of sexual affect (P gt; 0.05); ⑤ Silybum thistle prime lower serum malonic aldehyde (MDA) content (P lt; 0.05), Quillaja saponins, tea polyphenols can significantly with lower liver MDA content (P lt; 0.05), three kinds of plant extract objects of serum and liver ultra- superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity had no significant effects (P gt; 0.05); ⑥ three kinds of plant extracts on liver damage, maintain normal liver morphology. Test, a comprehensive test results, filter out the better of the two plant extracts and combinations to further investigate the growth performance of carp fry different protein synthesis and liver antioxidant function. The chosen average weight of about 1.51 ± 0.01g the fry allogynogenetic silver crucian carp 700 randomly divided into five dietary treatment groups, each group set up four replicates of 35 fish. Fed different diets for each treatment group, respectively, in the basal diet to add a 1000mg/kg composite plant extract 150mg/kg Quillaja saponins 50mg/kg polyphenols, 150mg/kg Quillaja saponins 50mg/kg of polyphenols, the control group was fed the basal diet. Keeping 56 days after the determination of growth performance, antioxidant indicators, muscle and liver RNA / DNA and protein / RNA ratio of muscle nutrients. The results show that: (1) tea polyphenols can significantly improve the fry allogynogenetic silver crucian carp weight gain and specific growth rate (P lt; 0.05), lower feed conversion (P lt; 0.05), composite plant extract, Quillaja saponins tea the polyphenol mixture can significantly improve the protein efficiency ratio (P lt; 0.05), lower feed conversion ratio (P lt; 0.05); ② with the control group compared to Quillaja saponins and tea polyphenols mixture significantly reduced liver MDA content (P lt; control group, 0.05); Quillaja saponins and tea polyphenols mixture can significantly improve liver total antioxidant capacity (T-AOC) (P lt; 0.05) compared to the TP group; liver glutathione peroxidase enzyme (GSH-Px) activity was significantly higher than the the Quillaja saponins Groups and TP group (P lt; 0.05); ③ test group of RNA / DNA, protein / RNA ratio no significant impact (P gt; 0.05); ④ test group of muscle nutrient content of no significant impact (P gt; 0.05). In summary, the Quillaja saponins, polyphenols, silymarin autumn flowers vary carp growth performance was no significant impact, but polyphenols, Quillaja saponins and tea polyphenols mixture significantly to raise fry allogynogenetic silver crucian carp crucian carp protein synthesis of different growth performance; three plant extracts and mixtures no significant impact, but it can protect the liver from damage, maintain normal liver morphology.
