Abstract

China's dairy industry has developed rapidly, but compared with other countries, there is a huge potential for the development direction of the transition gradually shifting from quantity to quality-oriented. With the human and animal food at the prominent problem, as the non-grain feed beet pulp has a broad space for development. Beet pulp is rich in fiber and pectin palatability, nutrient-rich, often used as energy in ruminant feed. Effective utilization of the topics for the two new composite beet pulp, beet pulp compared with ordinary two tests in a different stage of lactation performance of dairy cattle and feed intake, to improve the value of beet pulp fed and explore industrial by-products . Test: use the fringe 15% alcohol yeast fermentation broth beet pulp alternative diets moderate amount of 1.5kg ordinary beet pulp, respectively, from the corresponding stage select healthy and disease-free 120 Chinese Holstein cows in early lactation and mid lactation head and 136, were randomly divided into a control group and the test group. Control group using the basis of the standard diet and test diets alcohol yeast fermentation broth sweet The rapeseed meal substitute the ordinary beet pulp, ad libitum, drinking water, the test period of 40 days (10 days for pre-trial period), mainly measured and recorded production milk, dry matter intake, milk fat and milk protein, statistics using SPSS software, by feeding results show that among treatment groups: (1) early lactation test group compared with the control group the day yields increased by 4.1% ( P <0.05), dry matter intake by 3.7% (P <0.05), milk fat percentage increase of 1.4% (P <0.05), milk protein no difference (P> 0.05). (2) mid-lactation test group compared with the control group, day yields increase 2.7% (P <0.05), dry matter intake to improve by 2.2% (P <0.05), milk fat percentage increase of 2.5% (P <0.01), milk The protein was no significant difference, but increase the trend. (3) from the point of view of the effect of different stage of lactation, milk production and feed intake, the increased rate of early lactation than mid lactation; while in milk fat, alcohol yeast fermentation liquid beet pulp on early lactation improve the effect is less than the mid-lactation. Test: fringe 15% molasses sweet rapeseed meal of alternative diets moderate amount 3kg ordinary beet pulp, respectively, from each selected 10 healthy disease-free Chinese Holstein cows during early lactation and mid lactation. The trial period of 50 days, fed the basal diet, 20 days before and 30 days after alternative to ordinary beet pulp with molasses beet pulp, roughage ad libitum, bolt Department management. Milk yield, dry matter intake, milk fat, milk protein and lactose rate were measured and recorded, and analyzed using SPSS software. Before and after the feeding of molasses beet pulp cream comparison found that: (1) in milk yield in early lactation cows fed the molasses beet pulp were no significant differences, but 6% (P <0.01) increase in feed intake; rate and lactose rate increased by 1.1% (P <0.05), 3.1% (P <0.01), milk protein was no significant difference (P> 0.05). (2) before and after mid-lactation cows fed on milk yield significant differences, but there is an increasing trend, increased by 1.7% (P <0.05) feed intake, milk fat percentage increase of 1.6% (P <0.05) increased milk protein 0.7% (P <0.05), lactose rate of 3.3% (P <0.01). (3) from molasses beet pulp different stage of lactation cows on feed intake and milk protein, the increased rate of early lactation cows than mid lactation; rate of milk fat and lactose, mid lactation the effects are more evident. New composite beet pulp to get a good feeding effects of dairy farms in different rearing methods, not only with good economic and social benefits, also play a role in pushing forward the sustainable road to go to the animal husbandry.
