Abstract


[ Objective] To understand the distribution and clinical significance of low serum creatinine in critically ill patients . Huashan Hospital from May 2007 to April 2008 Lives ICU treatment of patients with clinical data collection [ method ] , to describe the distribution of low serum creatinine , grouped on different creatinine values ??, characteristic differences compare hospitalization time , prognosis , and there are differences the results of the row linear or logistic regression analysis . [Results] collected the 113 cases , 23.9% of low serum creatinine on admission , 53.1 % low serum creatinine during hospitalization . Serum creatinine reduce hospitalization time differences between normal patients (p <0.005), extension of 23.124 days ( 0.452 days ) standardized . Prognosis (p = 0.764). In addition to assisted breathing deep venous catheter , blood transfusion products and lose albumin interventions . [ Conclusion ] Low serum creatinine is common in critically ill patients may be risk factors extend the critically ill patient time .
