Abstract


In recent years, there’s not only a great need in the real estate market, but together with it, a huge supply as well. The competition among real estate enterprises is becoming increasingly fierce. Now the key for enterprises to win more customers and to establish a higher prestige is the construction quality. For the construction quality, quality control is important throughout the whole project, and it is very critical in the construction stage.This paper takes Baihe Apartment Project as study object, the quality control of the implementation stage of building engineering prolject is discussed. Quality control in the construction stage is a systemic control process. First it is done to assure the quality of the equipments and resources invested in the project. Its second step is to control the quality of the work in every construction stage. The last part of it is the quality inspection of the project product.This paper according to the products quality target and the quality requirement of Baihe Apartment Project,starts with the five factors that influence the construction quality and analyzes the construction stage quality status of the Baihe Project. This paper mainly adopts the technique of Total Quality Control, one of the quality control techniques. Groups of people were step up to solve practical problem presented in this project and thus brought certain social and economic benefits. Besides all these, basic means of quality control-histogram, arrangement diagram and cause and effect diagram-are used in the study to analyze, evaluate, and improve the quality of the concrete used in this project. Problems of project quality management presented in this project may also be found in different type of enterprises, more or less. So, the research findings of this paper may also have practical guiding significance for other enterprises.
