Abstract


CT perfusion Objective To investigate the application value in the surgical treatment of ischemic cerebrovascular disease , as well as how to further improve the accuracy and reliability of the results of the inspection . With the Siemens sensation64 spiral CT use of summed up the region of interest in the study to draw the way , CT perfusion examinations on three groups of bypass surgery or stent implantation in the treatment of ischemic cerebrovascular disease patients before and after surgery , and the present study CT perfusion parameters summarized evaluation method for the evaluation of results , and then used for statistical analysis of the results before and after the surgery . The vast majority of the surgery three groups of patients , there are surgical side of the CBF and CBV reduce , TTP extension line bypass and stenting surgery testify . Three groups of patients after surgery rCBF were significantly elevated bypass graft or stent surgery to improve the effect of these three groups of patients with ischemic regional cerebral blood flow perfusion significantly ; the moyamoya disease bypass group and the stent group rCBV than those before surgery increased instead of moyamoya disease bypass group rCBV before surgery did not change significantly ; shorten the the moyamoya disease group rTTP than before the surgery , non - moyamoya disease group and the stent group rTTP change is not obvious . Conclusion CT perfusion results of the evaluation of regional cerebral blood flow is important surgery to testify before the surgical treatment of ischemic cerebrovascular disease ; CT perfusion for ischemic cerebrovascular disease surgical treatment efficacy assessment valuable ; draw interested District (ROI) is very important to ensure the accuracy of CT perfusion ; calculated the relative value of the ipsilateral / contralateral assessment of CT perfusion parameters .
