Objection:Chinese medicine agents treat cough by many ways.It has many superiorities such as refine,cheap,safety and so on.At present, because of lacking randomized,blind,control and large sample researches, it is hard to appreciate the therapy of Chinese medicine agents and restrain the use of them.With the principles of randomization,blinding and control, the clinical research appreciates the efficacy of Tan Re Xiao Chong Ji granule to treat acute tracheitis and bronchitis.Method:The clinical research method is based on extensively reviewing theory and documents,demonstrating the refine of the drugs and its modern pharmacologic action.With the principles of randomization, blinding and control,the clinical trial chooses acute tracheitis and bronchitis of sputum and heat as the diseases of adaptation,to appreciate the efficacy of Tan Re Xiao Chong Ji granule.Result:study show:The total effective rate of the treatment group is 95 %,which is prior to the control group of 83.33%.Conclusion:Tan Re Xiao Chong Ji can reduce outbreak tims of the patient effectively.Further more the price of Tan Re Xiao Chong Ji is low.Worthy of widely spreading.Problem:The research uses signs and symptoms as main therapeutic indexes.If we can not obey the standard operating procedure seriousely,it is easy to make bias.
