Objective:Clinical observation of the study of Chinese medicine treatment of Tourette Syndrome,which has an important significance of clinical research;Chinese medicine and western medicine tic acid Chongji stop Tiapride comparative efficacy and objective evaluation of Chinese medicine treatment of Tourette-Tourette’s Syndrome treatment.Methods:To October 2008 January 2009 a diagnosis of 40 patients with tourtte’s syndrome,randomized,controlled by children were divided into treatment group and the control method.25 cases in treatment group and application of oral medicine twitch stop granule,15 cases of control group, the oral medicine sulfuric acid Thai will.Two groups of efficacy evaluation analysis.Results:The total curative effect of two groups:the total effective rate in treatment group and control group total effectiveness for 96%,P＞0.05 to 80%,and no significant differences.Two groups of TCM syndrome comparison:treatment group total effectiveness 92%,60%,P＜0.05,shows that the treatment group than in control group of TCM symptoms efficacy is obvious.No side effects,the treatment group for 20%of side effects.Stop that TCM in treating pediatric granule maciunas tourtte’s syndrome,and no side effect.Conclusion:Differentiation of Chinese medicine treatment of children with Gilles de la Tourette’s syndrome is better than western medicine Tiapride sulfate,which is no side-effects,no unusual security checks,safe and reliable.The relapse rate was significantly lower than western Tiapride sulfate,considerable long-term effect.
