Objiective:Bushen Jianpi of heat and activating blood the treatment of acute gouty arthritis clinical efficacy and safety of observation,to explore a more safe and effective treatment methods in Chinese medicine.Mehtod:Sixty acute gouty arthritis’ patients were average divided randomly into treating group(treated by Tongfengting capsule) and control group(treated by Tongfengding Capsule).And all Patients have been treated according to the exerting factors definitely, observed according to the gouty curative effect and the adverse effect observation’s tables. After the treatment course,the available dada were collected,then be done through statistics,and assessed the twogroups’ symptoms,Physical signs’ integral,and laboratory indexs,appreciated the therapeutic effect an the adverse effect completely.Results:1.The total effective rate:the treatment group is 93.3%,the control group is 90.0%, and the two groups have no statistical significant(P＞0.05).2.The treatment group and control group before treatment after treatment with symptoms and signs and laboratory indicators of points of comparison,the treatment is better than before treatment(P＜0.01);Group comparison of serum uric acid,the treatment group than the control group(P＜0.01),and the remaining indicators,the two groups no significant difference(P＞0.05).3.Comparison of the safety:In the two groups no abnormalities were found in the three routine examinations,Hepatic function,renal function and blood coagulation.But one patient had light diarrhea in the treatment group and two had abdominal distension and poor appetite in the control group.Conelusions:Bushen Jianpi use,Qingre Huoxue Acute gouty arthritis patients can be better to improve joint function,to a significant reduction in gout patients with serum uric acid level,the total is no difference between an efficient(P＞0.05),reliable security,has good prospects for clinical application.
