Abstract


Objective: To observe flavored five area scattered signs of improvement in clinical symptoms of the cold dampness Blockage ankylosing spondylitis , preliminary clarify this method of prevention and treatment of ankylosing spondylitis mechanism further explore effective method of Chinese medicine to treat the disease . Method: Western diagnostic criteria and TCM diagnostic criteria 60 patients were divided into a treatment group and control group , 30 cases in each . The treatment group received Jiawei Wuzi plot scattered oral control group was given of kidney Juanbi Pill oral , were daily morning and evening twice orally four weeks for a course , for eight consecutive weeks , the two groups are two courses of the observation period after the end of treatment to determine the therapeutic effect. Results : The treatment group actually observed 30 cases the clinical control eight cases , 13 cases markedly effective in 6 cases , 3 cases , the total efficiency of 90.0% ; actual observation of the control group 30 cases , clinical control of the five cases , 13 cases were markedly effective 7 cases, 5 cases ineffective , the total effective rate of 83.33% . The total effective rate in the treatment group than the control group ( P <0.05 ) ; main symptoms , signs integral changes in the treatment group of patients before and after treatment , after treatment compared to before treatment , a statistically significant ( p <0.05 ) . Treatment group than the control group to improve the efficacy of clinical signs and symptoms of pain , dysfunction . Conclusion: Modified plot scattered oral treatment of the cold dampness Blockage type ankylosing spondylitis improve patient symptoms , signs , obviously the exact effect .
