Abstract


With the acceleration of urbanization and the vigorous development of the construction industry in China, construction workers are increasing, but our country building industry team consists mainly of surplus rural labor force whose cultural level is low, so there is certain knowledge crisis to construction industry. In addition, the emergence of some kinds of new contract mode and financing models of construction enterprise such as EPC, EMC, BT, BOT, etc, takes a challenge to knowledge management of the construction sector. Therefore, construction enterprises only take innovation in business management and technology and construct knowledge innovation network to manage the value chain of construction knowledge, thus which can make construction knowledge appreciation ceaseless in transferring. But the existing research focuses on the construction of innovation network, namely how to construct the innovation network to manage knowledge effectively, but the aspect about implementation effect evaluation to enterprise knowledge innovation network is very deficient. Therefore, construction of performance evaluation model for evaluating the innovation performance of the building enterprises in enterprise knowledge management has become an urgent research topic.Based on the domestic and international innovation network related fields were summarized, from the perspective of social relation network, applies the relevant knowledge of knowledge management into construction field, explores the forming mechanism of building enterprise knowledge innovation network; Constructs a theoretical model of affect path on performance of building enterprise knowledge innovation network, and through questionnaires empirical analysis, validation and correct theoretical model, finally explores the influencing factors of performance on building enterprise knowledge innovation network; And on this basis for construction performance evaluation model of enterprise knowledge innovation network, finally puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the performance of building enterprise knowledge innovation network by empirical analysis, provides referential methods and ideas to construct knowledge innovation network of our country, and provide theoretical guidance for knowledge management.This research mainly embodies the innovation points in:(1) Based on social network analysis perspective, discussed the forming mechanism of building enterprise innovation network by expression of network node and network connection, further complement and refining the innovation network theory, is no doubt extremely important theoretical and practical significance to building knowledge sharing, transfer and management.(2) Based on building enterprise innovation network forming mechanism, constructs a theoretical model of affect path on performance of building enterprise knowledge innovation network, and through questionnaires empirical analysis, explores the influencing factors of performance on building enterprise knowledge innovation network.(3) Constructs the DEA performance evaluation model of building enterprise knowledge innovation network, through evaluation enterprise innovation can be sorted, and put forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the innovation performance to the enterprise which are need improvement, it has certain reference value and guidance to enhance innovation performance for building enterprises.
