Abstract

The commerce is the most active city economic ingredients, and also one of city formation and development of one of the main driving forces behind. A city the development degree of commerce modality directly with the commerce of the city is closely related to the prosperity of a country’s development level and the country’s urbanization development level, therefore, is directly related to the city commercial form of development and the urbanization process closely relationship.With the globalization of economy, the rapid development of economy, the rapid development of urbanization and the steady growth in the service industry, urban residents living standard has improved, in the development of urban economy, the upgrading of industrial structure and expanding the size of city and urban resources under the action of the contradiction of the tension, need new commerce modality. HOPSCA development intensive city and diversification is an effective means of urban space. Set the city function space many kinds of HOPSCA through its concentration of popularity and active commerce advantage, stimulating consumption cluster, promoting investment, now became the mainstream of Chinese commerce modality mode, also become the main engine of China’s urbanization and urban commerce card image.Commerce modality is actually many kinds of commercial polymerization in space form reflect the change, therefore, papers to the commercial as the breakthrough point, to study commerce modality. This paper studies in both domestic and foreign commercial evolved and development based on theory, analyses the present situation of the development of city commercial form, the emergence and development of the influence factors and the development trend of modern commercial form, and points out that commercial forms will become the contemporary commerce modality important development tendency; Secondly, according to the commercial form-one of the HOPSCA type for key research object, which format and function, essence and characteristics, background, development process and the influence factors of the formats combination etc, and through the study of domestic and foreign HOPSCA case background, function and composition, formats commerce modality, influence and significance to the content of modern city, such as commercial complex development status and combination formats know more; In datang city as an example, the paper discusses its commerce modality is through the combination of many formats and compound make commercial space to realize the function of the evaluation of the effects of the variety, demonstrates the HOPSCA with xian city is present situation and characteristics of city development commerce modality.
