Abstract


Now,intelligent system is consisted of a number of functionality subsystems that have relative independence. The projects of Intelligent Community have simply assembled these subsystems, but not realized of linkage and data sharing among the subsystems. Some even have lack of the computer control software platform, but only use of keyboard. Comprehensive these factors, The Intelligent systems have complex operate system and lower maintenance capacity for the property management practitioners have lower knows how, and thus have lower rate of usage or more man-made fault. The intelligent systems can not give to play essential function give comprehensive service to housing estate residents, and the investment of the system is more tremendous waste.Integration Management System of Intelligent Community discussed in this paper is a information technology platform. It is aim to devote a computer system platform for management and controls of the intelligent subsystems, and to integrate computer control program for the intelligent subsystems, simplify the system management and controls, enhance the system practical applicability and maintenance capacity. It composites of multi-system control platforms to one integrated platform simultaneously, and reduces overlapping investment of the system.For reform and integrate various ready-made systems made by manufactures has more significance than design new system to installation work. This paper mainly presents technical analysis to original system and process of reform and network to the system. The design of the middleware such as protocol converter, router and gateway for optimization design of RS-485 bus, and design procedures and process used to develop Integration Management System of Intelligent Community are discussed to too in this paper.By means of optimization design architecture of RS-485 bus and it’s middleware, take advantage of the feature the most of intelligent subsystems to be distributed control system based on RS-485 bus, the buses of these subsystems are integrated to one bus successfully, and accordingly realized perfect integration of the subsystems with data can be shared and control can be linkage each other.The computer control system be developed by this paper as one control terminal on the bus, can used to administrate and control all of the subsystems, and to realize group control or point control. The more powerful function of the system can be endowed by software design.The model of Integration Management System of Intelligent Community is developed for tentative exploration by development of the system in this paper. Get through practice in engineering application, the system has achieved good results. To this end, the further looking have been work out for the development direction of Integration Management System of Intelligent Community by this paper.
