Abstract


Zhang Buddha Quan is one of the important historical figures of the modern Chinese liberalism and constitutionalism in theory , he put forward their own views and opinions , all aspects of the development of the national government during the constitutional despite no practice , but his Constitutional Thought greatly enriched the modern constitutional theory . This article will Chang Fo Springs constitutional theory combined with the current situation to carry out a preliminary investigation . In addition to the introduction and I On This paper is divided into three chapters. Simple introduction to the problems the introduction Buddha Quan Zhang Constitutional Theory of the source from the value , current research , the problem of the study and this article is intended to be solved , a simple definition of some concepts .
