Abstract


Corruption is regarded as cancer undermining the development of the world. Administrative Corruption, which becomes the deadly disease difficult to eradicate around the world, is always the social problems prevailing in all the country. Administrative Corruption seriously threats the country’s political stability, impedes development of Socio-economic and distorts the people’s outlook on life and values. So its harmfulness is self-evident. Accompanied by a new round of economic globalization and the rapid development of scientific and technological revolution, China’s Reform and Opening up has entered a new historical. In this particular period, the phenomenon of corruption in our government was "multiple" and "high", owing to a variety of reasons, such as the imperfect system, inadequate law, ineffective supervision constraints and ideology, and unsynchronized culture. The problem of Administrative Corruption becomes the "cancer", which is affecting economic development, corrupting social atmosphere and causing social instability. Therefore,this article discusses about the performance of Administrative Corruption and the root of its breeding ground and spreading since Reform and Opening-up through three parts, which are theoretical analysis of Administrative Corruption- related, status dialysis about Administrative Corruption and Anti-Corruption since China’s Reform and Opening-up and the measures to manage the Administrative Corruption at the stage. Then, the article raises the ideas and measures to combat the government’s corruption through education, systems and monitoring mechanism, pointing out that strengthening the China’s Anti-Corruption in administrative area has important practical significance in maintaining the country’s political stability, promoting the development of Socio-economic and correcting the atmosphere of Party and social.
