Abstract


During the thirty years of reform and openning-up,China government has taken regulation and transformation for several times.Along with the development of society in the new period of economy,the increasing need of public sevice lead to new round government transformation.And public sevice government will be the right choice for the need.China pubic service government according as Marxism that was add theory of Chinese characteristics,combine with theory of administration in developed countries,so it must be reveal some kind of Chinese characteristics.It will be used wide open view survey the new round of China government transformation in this paper.And trying to show the whole mode of new public service government with Chinese characteristics.And find out the way of how to build new public service government with Chinese characteristics,then make the way with scientific and reasonable,and promoting the course of China government transformation and theory innovation.
