Abstract


As the deepening of reform and opening-up and development of economy and society, the importance of government news spokesperson system has been realized. Since the SARS of 2003, the news spokesperson system has become the hot issue between medias and public. However, the development of this system in China is still slow, and has many problems to deal with. With news spokesperson actuality of Nanjing as stating point, relevant theoretical illustration as the basis, this thesis aims to address some constructive suggestions on government news spokesperson system.The whole thesis consists of five parts:The first part: This thesis mainly summarizes the study background and significance of government news spokesperson system, and introduces the creativity and research methods.The second part: Illustrating relevant concepts on government news spokesperson system and the significance of constructing government news spokesperson system, and making a statement of history of this system in China.The third part: With the quantitative research, this part is to analyze the news spokesperson actuality of Nanjing. With the analysis of actuality , aims to find out the existing problems of news spokesperson ,and this is also the key research domain of this thesis.The fourth part: Mainly discussing some controversies on government news spokesperson system, which must be solved in process of constructing government news spokesperson system. Those are also the focus of theoretical research on government news spokesperson system.The fifth part: With the case study and theoretical research, to summarize the problems of government news spokesperson system and provide some thoughts to perfect this system. Aiming to government news spokesperson system can play an important role, those constructive thoughts consist of formal constraints, government, news spokesperson, medias, and audience research .
