Abstract


As the further development of Reform and Opening, the change of social ideas flings down more and more challenges to our Ideological and Political Education. There are many kinds of contradictory world views and values in this period .Those content and methods over the past are hard to deal with the new confusion and development needs that the students face to, and it reduced their degree of acceptance and trust. Ideological and Political Education can not grasp the true state of the development of students,led that the Ideological and Political Education effectiveness hard to be improved. In this case,how to guide these ideas, get more Ideological and Political Education effectiveness in this increasingly open and free society to deal with the various issues that appeared in the new period, become the hotspot of Ideological and Political Education study .This article attempts to study the elements of Ideological and Political Education and their function and try to find out the way to improve the Ideological and Political Education effectiveness.
