Abstract


Teacher education in lifelong education-oriented professional education to the professional development of teachers as the basis for the cultivation of teachers, the need for pre-service teacher training, entry education and vocational training to consider three culture stages, the overall planning. Curriculum reform since the 1990s, as teachers in the education system in the pre-training phase gradually become one of the key elements of the reform and development of higher normal colleges, and to be related to educators, educational theory, researchers, policy makers, and educational administrators attention. E University promote teacher education innovation program began in early 2006, and decided to pre-service teacher education (four-year undergraduate) curriculum reform as a breakthrough, teacher education resources through the integration of the whole school system, and gradually establish and improve teacher education curriculum system. National Teachers Colleges, E universities are a pioneer in the reform of pre-service teacher education programs, the school's curriculum reform ideas to reform the main content in line with today's scholars of pre-service teacher education curriculum reform recommendations. Case study E University, through questionnaires, interviews to conduct research on curriculum implementation status quo, heavy task which exists disciplines specialized courses, time is tight; obvious effect of educational practice reform and other issues, and also to see the curriculum in worthy places, such as the quality of teaching of the disciplines of professional courses guaranteed, teachers and students on the reformed curriculum categories and content of the educational curriculum affirmed. Finally, the author in the research, based on, based on the vision of the integration of teacher education, pre-service teacher education curriculum reform, rational reflection, I think that the pre-service teacher education stage belongs prospective teachers cultivate stage. Therefore, the pre-service teacher education is not necessary, it is impossible to achieve all the goals of the education of teachers. Status and pre-service teacher education in the teacher education system can play the role in the design of pre-service teacher education courses must be clear from the concept. Pre-service teacher education stage for future work on the one hand to do the preparations for the entry, on the other hand, lay the academic foundation for the future of continuing education stage and savings potential for learning. Therefore, the whole of the pre-service teacher education curriculum reform needs to consider the integration of reporting for duty post in front of the whole education and preparation as the basis of education for entry. This article includes five parts. The first section explains the reason of choosing this topic, related research, the core concept defined research questions, content and methods. The second part describes the main content of E University pre-service teacher education curriculum reform. The third part of the curriculum implementation of the status quo through questionnaires and interviews to understand, analyze the problems which exist and worthy of affirmation at. The fourth part introduces the integration of teacher education embodied in the integration of teacher education theory E University curriculum reform. The fifth part of the integrated vision of teacher education, based on the findings of the case of E University, to reflect the pre-service teacher education curriculum reform.
