Abstract


The kindergarten parent volunteers is not the case of any material reward, voluntary, free of charge to their time, skills and other resources to provide help and services for kindergarten parents with small children, grandparents and other guardians of the (outer). The kindergarten parent volunteers, rich homeland in the form of cooperation is not only conducive to promoting education overall function of play, but also conducive to promoting the professional growth of teachers in early childhood education, at the same time improve the educational level of the parents. Also help to broaden the field of voluntary service, promotion of volunteerism and parent volunteers. Thesis retrieval literature at home and abroad, kindergarten parent volunteers combing on the characteristics of the related content as well as the study of some inspiration. On this basis, the paper respectively the social exchange theory, need theory and reference group theory to the introduction and analysis, an attempt to provide a theoretical basis for in-depth study of kindergarten parent volunteers. The paper selected interviews, observation and literature Act, interviews with principals, teachers and parents of kindergarten parents volunteer activities, field observations, and the collection of relevant literature to integrate the various kindergarten parent volunteers kinds of information. The paper on the status of the kindergarten parent volunteers, more comprehensive system of investigation and analysis, the value of kindergarten parents volunteer recruitment, rights and obligations, guidance, evaluation, and impact factors of a more in-depth research. The results show that the kindergarten parent volunteers resources to be successful, and in particular in: a more comprehensive understanding of the value of parent volunteers, the recruitment of more diverse ways, began to focus on the rights and obligations, to guide the initial progress, evaluation involved; kindergarten also has some disadvantages in the use of parent volunteers resources, mainly in: Parents volunteer recruitment range is not wide enough, the rights and obligations of the lack of rules and norms, the guidance is not detailed enough in-depth evaluation system is not perfect, using enough initiative. The study also analyzed the the kindergarten parent volunteers may be subject to kindergarten, family and social factors. Papers were kindergarten, parents and the working bodies of the parents of some educational recommendations to improve kindergarten parent volunteers, to improve the quality of the kindergarten parent volunteers resources.
