Abstract


Recent years knowledge becoming a critical source of corporation’s creativity and competitiveness,therefore more and more management researches have focused on knowledge management.There’s already much research on knowledge management,and many tools or software aiming to provide knowledge management solution.We focus on the system for knowledge sharing,especially implicit knowledge.We manage the expert information including their Social Networks as knowledge source.In the second chapter,we review the papers related to knowledge management and SNA.Then wedesign the system frame and data-structure.Then give method to construct a knowledge which could recommend the right expert depend on their knowledge fields,authority and social networks.At last we give the problem need further research.
