Abstract


With China’s rapid economic development, the central air conditioning system has become the indispensable important infrastructure of creating comfortable-efficient working and living environment, according to statistics, the energy consumption of that often accounts for 20%~50% of public building energy consumption."Low carbon action, first building doing ", the major energy consumers as building - the central air-conditioning system has become a hot spot in the field of energy saving.Variable Air Volume Air-Conditioning System is the one of the air conditioning system. Compared with Constant Air Volume air conditioning system, it due to advantages of energy conservation, flexibility and realizing the regional temperature control has become the important application forms of central air-conditioning in office, shopping malls, business apartment, clubs, and other large public buildings.From the whole life cycle of air-conditioning, the energy consumption of that mainly concentrated in operation management phase. Therefore, based on variable air volume air conditioning operation stage energy consumption, and Variable Air Volume air-conditioning system of intelligent building and building automation laboratory in Xi’AN University of Architecture &Technology as the research object, this paper firstly analyzes the Variable Air Volume Air-Conditioning energy consumption, and introduces the characteristic of energy consumption indicator; Secondly,designing the Variable Air Volume Air-Conditioning database system, in order to provide basises for the research of control strategy of energy saving and the system performance assessment; Then Combined with electric meter measuring and heat meter measuring of advantage, puting forward a kind of the solution of Household-based charging of Variable Air Volume air-conditioning,with WebAccess platform from Household-based charging and power consumption analysis angle,building Variable Air Volume air-conditioning energy management system; Finally, using the methods of variable fresh air volume for new airflow control research, the purpose is to control fresh air volume for making it satisfy requirements of indoor fresh air, and realizing energy conservation as soon as possible.
