Abstract


In view of the teacher evaluation in the quality of teachers is to foster and promote the significance of the education development of this thesis to explore teacher evaluation studies as a major problem . First , the thesis analyzed by evaluation of the phenomenon of domestic school teachers , and then the teacher evaluation system in the context of comparative education teacher evaluation of the developed countries , to think , to be reviewed at the same time according to the theory of multiple intelligences , in order to use broader vision thinking understanding the meaning and value of the pursuit of the teacher evaluation to explore the principles and methods of teacher evaluation , trying to provide a reference sample can be owned for education reform in the perspective of the teacher evaluation . In the process of carrying out research focus of this thesis, the comparative study of the major problems of Chinese and foreign , and to focus on the implementation of the development of the new curriculum reform . Strategies and methods section to Dongguan Changping School as cases , action research method to an empirical analysis of the initial results of the study , and eventually form their own teacher evaluation system based on the results of the study , and then the implementation of the computerization process , interests of science , fairness and feasibility principle .
