Abstract


The state-owned commercial banks after years of construction , information technology has begun to take shape , but with the gradual increase of the customer base and business volume , the constant renewal of the types of business , commercial banks by business large centralized data centralization expand their business scale , for customers provide better service . And the need to meet with the overseas listed commercial bank , the capital market after the listing of the regulatory requirements on information disclosure , timely, accurate and comprehensive disclosure of financial reporting and segment reporting information , and a standardized commercial banks and financial resource business processes , reduce operational risk to improve the bank's internal control and internal management level . ERP financial system of this study is in this context , to study the commercial banks in the implementation of the enterprise resource planning financial system thus : 1 . Centralized accounting ledger to establish full - line summary of the commercial banks by the construction of the ERP financial system , commercial banks of various business systems accounting treatment results , summarized in the general ledger module of the ERP financial system through the interface module processing . ERP financial systems in the construction process , the establishment of a full line of unified accounting subjects architecture the COA , and the COA structure management and maintenance processes . Information disclosure through the construction of ERP financial system , to achieve the financial statements based on the unified disclosure of information disclosure of the data interface and centralized accounting accounting data models , structures and improve the whole rowset , unified system . 3 . Establish distributed funding system to replace the original construction funds shared service center based on the centralized management of funds by funding shared services center , centralized funding modules of the ERP financial system , to achieve the full line of funding for business centralized management , unified flow of funds payment .
