Abstract


To meet the needs of market environment at domestic and abroad,major native enterprises should improve by leaps and bounds in the fields of management philosophy and management system.To keep new service,network integrating and management level improving actively,strong supports from informationizing business are necessary.Management supporting system, MSS for short,is one of the most popular modes in information system. There have been a lot of success examples which make profit for their companies.Therefore put MMS in practice is significative.MSS bares the weight of enterprise resource planning and customer relationship management.It is expanded from office automation.MMS can make intellectual working automatic,electronic and professional.It can also make food use of information,and fulfill the aims of maximizing efficiency,quality and productivity.This thesis starts with analyzing basic concepts and theories of management supporting system.Firstly,according to researches on the feasibility and demand summary,the article researches on the overall framework of each system.Then,it interprets designs of factional module in every system.It also discusses every factional modules as well as their application,and comes to a comparative complete management supporting system,which is critically meaningful while enhancing the efficiency of daily work as well as strategic,decision,shortening the responses, improving the ability of making decision and the strengthening the cote competitiveness of the enterprise.
