Abstract


It is the general trend that Computer information technology is applied to manage the graduate employment information. A high-quality information management system can provide comprehensive, accurate information and enhance the efficiency of school administrators. There are many factors affect the promotion, such as the level distinction, the different standard and the regulation of school code, the computer level of workers. The development of an employment information operation system which suits to the character and requirement of Nantong University’s employment work can not only realize office automation, but also increase the efficiency and level of management and enhance the management level.This dissertation combines specific requirements of our school’s daily work of employment information management, analyses the business process of employment management, collects the first-hand information of employment management systems, identifies the goal and the main functions of building the school information management system, designs and develops Nantong University’s Employment Information Management System.According to the actual need of our university’s employment information management, this dissertation conducts the centralized management of relevant information and ultimately operates the entire system by the design the basic framework of employment information management system.The system adopts the C/S structure, using the Unified Modeling Language (UML) to give a detailed description of the system’s conceptual model, design model etc; the combination of SQL Server 2000 database, the use of Delphi’s ADO control to achieve the collection of basic information. This dissertation gives a detailed description of the employment structure information management system process from the analysis of employment information management system needs, system planning, functional division; from the concrete realization of entering, modifying, deleting data, such as, to the maintenance of the database. Through experimental testing and practical application, it testifies that the system can better achieve the employment information management and Nantong University Employment Information management. It increases the efficiency and convenient of information management, realizes the corresponding management functions, search functions and statistical functions and provides powerful support to the school’s statistics, analysis and decision-making.
