Abstract


With the increasing development of economics and gradual improvement of the legal system, the elementary frame of the informationization construction are provided to the people’s courts at various levels in our country. And this result in a higher requirements on development of trial. The people’s court need to reconstruction the old business process, and construct a wide range forms of business service model, so as to realize the change of manage pattern from traditional to modern. Therefore, the court’s pattern can be gradually shifted to business management as core, which based on information management instead of original trial information management.Intelligent court system(ICS) incorporates every part of trial work into computer network management. No matter what is web system, business system or OA system of the court, they all can be seamlessly integrated through ICS to make up to a smooth circulation of information. Therefore ICS is the key factor in the whole business integration process. However, the increasing number of different trial equipments of the people’s court at all levels all around the country are making troubles in the integration process.This article aims at the conflict between business integration and trial equipment management of the court. According to the IT foundation construction development trendency which recognize now, we introduced Service Oriented Architecture(SOA), a new technology of software system engineering, which can divide business components into fundamental modules. By building an intelligent trial equipments network control platform based on SOA, the business application system in the upper layer is separated from equipments management system in the lower layer to realize the modulation of intelligent court system’s Infrastructure through standard software inteface. As is regardless of equipments, the flexible business process can match to flexible IT process perfectly. The article firstly introduced the background of project application and research significance, then briefly introdeced the concept of SOA and related technologies. Secondly described the analyse, contruct, design and realize procedure of the intelligent trial equipments network control platform. After that, it generalized the features of the platform and evoluted the platform to other system applications. Finally concluded the thesis and forecasted following works.
