Abstract


In 2008, the outbreak of the global financial crisis of the world financial situation suddenly became tense, the world's major commercial banks have suffered a huge impact. China's commercial banks are less affected, but the operating environment facing unprecedented change. Gradually affect the real economy as the financial crisis, many companies, including large enterprises operating difficulties, a decrease in investment, loan repayment and increased risk, which continue to increase the credit risk of banks with a high concentration of large corporate loans, at the same time, financial disintermediation \shunt bank financing income, the interest rate market. \These problems will have great impact on the future sustainable development of the commercial banks. The credit problems of the development of small and medium enterprises of Chongqing Branch of Bank of Communications, Bank of Chongqing branches to open up the credit market for SMEs, adjustment lending revenue structure, open up the source of profits, and improve the structure of credit assets, which respond to future Chongqing Branch of Bank of Communications the challenge has important significance. At the same time, will also have implications for the development of other commercial banks in China SME credit business. In this paper, Bank of Communications, Chongqing Branch of SME credit as the research object, on the basis of the collected bank of Statistical Yearbook, annual reports and other data, the first analysis of the research background and significance, a review of previous research and the research of this article ideas; then analyzes the status quo of Chongqing SME credit financing and Bank of the problems that exist in the Chongqing Branch of the development of SME credit business, including: not yet established an independent credit assessment for SMEs incentives, lack of reasonable scientific SME Loan pricing system, traffic Bank Chongqing Branch SME credit approval process is cumbersome, single SME credit business by way of security, lack of product innovation and SME credit. For the problems faced by the Chongqing Branch of Bank of Communications Development SME Loan, the paper proposes the corresponding countermeasures and organizational security measures: including a clear direction and focus to support financial services for SMEs; SME credit evaluation system for the establishment of an independent science; innovative small and medium-sized corporate credit marketing mode; emphasis on product innovation; implement a credit policy in line with the characteristics of SME credit business; rich SME credit secured by mortgage means; establishment of a dedicated SME customers department and account manager team; establish internal credit management system is more suitable for small and medium enterprises ; improve the SME Loan Credit Approval efficiency.
