Abstract


Since China’s reform and opening-up, especially entering WTO, the sustained and rapid development of bilateral trade between China and EU have made these two countries become one of the most important trade partners to each other. At the same time, because of China’s continuous favorable trade balance to Europe, the tide of anti-dumping initiated by EU follows and had brought heavy loss to china’s economy.This thesis is divided into four parts: the first is the EU anti-dumping review. This part mainly makes a brief description of the EU anti-dumping situation, characteristics, influence and the reasons, and reveals reality of the use of anti-dumping trade protection. The second part describes the origin and the entity system of EU anti-dumping law, which constitutes the theoretical basis of this thesis. The third part, in practice, makes a relatively elaborate description of the non-market economy, surrogate country and one country one duty system which have close relationship with china. The fourth part is the key part, introducing the EU anti-dumping theory in the practice application.
