Abstract
Automotive driveline torsional vibration is the main source of of automotive structural vibration and interior noise , and has an important impact on automotive NVH quality . With the improvement of automobile power , lightweight automotive structures , and continuously improve the car ride comfort requirements , driveline torsional vibration problem has become more prominent. The natural frequency of the driveline torsional vibration damper in the change , reduce torsional vibration , reduce shafting dynamic load , to eliminate noise has a very good effect , the torsional vibration damper research has important practical significance . A vehicle driveline torsional vibration characteristics of equipment DF515A absorber . First , according to the structural characteristics of the vehicle driveline , lumped mass equivalent transformation of the components of the car transmission system , the establishment of the idling condition and driving conditions torsional vibration mechanics model and mathematical model . The Shock Absorber damping characteristics DF515A analysis , the mathematical expression of the equivalent damping of the shock absorber . Analysis of the characteristics of the transmission system torsional vibration excitation source ( the engine periodically interference torque ) . Discrete equivalent system natural frequency and main vibration mode analysis, and studies have shown that DF515A torsional vibration damper will remove most of the natural frequency of the transmission system commonly used engine speed areas , reducing the possibility of resonance . Newmark-β numerical simulation algorithm powertrain engine excitation transient response , the researchers showed that the damper on torsional vibration attenuation is not ideal , but the decay rate , damping performance needs to be improved . Shock absorber damping performance , the use of the the ADAMS software 's optimization module torsional vibration damper driven end angular velocity fluctuations in the amplitude of the smallest generalized reduced gradient method to optimize the target , on the damper main , driven end inertia, torsional stiffness and damping to be optimized to obtain the optimized results of the main parameters of the shock absorber .
