Abstract

As the socio-economic development, highway and railway mileage in recent years, the rapid growth, and to pass through many tunnels. Km long tunnel fire safety issues are increasingly the world attention. Long span tunnel in the event of fire, very difficult to fight the blaze, smoke and temperature agglomeration is difficult to distribute, and could easily lead to serious losses. Smoke so that the oxygen content of the air is too low, ordinary fire engine powered by internal combustion engines will be difficult to enter the scene of the fire. Therefore, the need for a power-driven vehicles necessary to carry firefighters and equipment to the timely implementation of the rescue mission. In addition to the tunnel Fire occasions, this fire engine can also be used for fire-fighting and rescue in the ordinary occasions, still using the internal combustion engine based power systems. In order to meet the needs of different occasions under fire, the hybrid will be applied in the special requirements of fire trucks. The hybrid fire engines described medium chassis, power systems used on ordinary fire truck converted into a hybrid system, the car is equipped with fire pumps can also be configured smoke machines, lighting equipment, rescue tools and other fire-fighting equipment . The overall objective of the design: the modified hybrid fire engine power of the original chassis considerable, but also has some pure electric driving ability and Fire. Based on the theoretical analysis, the power demand of the power requirements and fire operations to the hybrid fire engines and a variety of operating conditions for the design basis for the design of hybrid powertrain traditional fire engines. Powertrain parameter selection basis of the parameters to match the program to determine the parallel hybrid drive system adopted by the maturity of the technology of the diesel engine, AC induction motor, nickel-metal hydride batteries and other components. In addition, on the basis of the analysis of the fire engines use conditions proposed fuzzy control strategy applicable to hybrid fire engine, and describes the design of the electric car in the current widely used simulation software-ADVISOR-related information, the use of simulation software in ECE-EUDC-LOW condition performance assessment, validation preliminary setting parameters of power system dynamic performance design requirements. Acceleration and climbing performance as constraints in the analysis of vehicle performance simulation results, the main components to minimize the power and quality of the vehicle, the use of simulation software optimizer designed power system optimized . , And gives the power considerable dynamic performance of the traditional fire engines and fire properties as the reference data, indicating that the dynamic optimization of the fire hybrid only satisfy the pure electric mode has a certain traveling through a simulation result of the vehicle performance before and after the contrast optimization ability to achieve the fire reached the expected design goals.
