Abstract


Textile industry is a traditional pillar industry in China's economic development is also an important force. In recent years, the increasing pace of global economic integration, China's textile industry is facing new opportunities for development. Volkswagen Qingdao Textile Co., Ltd. is a private textile enterprise, born out of the old state-owned enterprises in Qingdao second former jute mill, Qingdao Textile Co., Volkswagen established, by strengthening internal management, increase the technological efforts, the adjustment of product structure, improve marketing mechanism , market development, and achieved initial results. But in recent years in the fierce market competition, the competitive position of companies declining. In this paper, the public company internal and external business environment on the basis of in-depth analysis to determine the Volkswagen competitive strategy of cost leadership, cost leadership strategy proposed a specific embodiment, the company's practices and the program has been verified. One of the cost leadership strategy choices sure to use Porter five forces model analysis of the costs for businesses using enterprise value chain analysis, financial analysis tools in relation to how the company's current plight, the future development of how to get going the system's strategic analysis and research. This thesis is divided into seven main parts: The first part is an introduction, this paper describes the background, significance, research methods and research content. The second part of the theoretical basis, presentations and corporate strategy are summarized in theory and cost leadership strategy theory. Part III and IV were corporate external and internal environmental analysis, focusing on the public companies face the external market environment and operating conditions within the company, citing the value chain analysis tools and Porter's competitive model, the company's external and Internal key strategic elements of the evaluation and analysis of the public external opportunities faced by the company's management and internal operating mechanism. The fifth part is the implementation of the program cost leadership strategy, combined with the company's public and private companies practice characteristics, a set of complete cost leadership strategy implementation strategy. Part VI is a cost leadership strategy implementation evaluation and control. The last part is the conclusion of the whole article are summarized and reviewed, and the shortcomings of the article and pending further research. In this paper, literature, field surveys, statistical analysis and comparative analysis and other methods, a detailed analysis of the public company's internal and external environment. And management, economics and business strategy planning and strategy management is the study of Volkswagen theoretical basis for cost leadership strategy.
