With the rapid development of China 's transportation network , a large number of single-line tunnel need additional second-line tunnel . Build more railway tunnel with existing tunnel spacing is too small is a very common situation , and study how to not only protect the new tunnel blasting construction does not endanger the existing tunnel structure and its normal operational safety , but also to ensure construction quality and progress of the new tunnel . has important scientific significance and practical value . Additional second-line Jia Shan tunnel project relying see a large number of existing research results and related literature , built in stone ( door ) long ( Sand ) railway , to carry out the tunnel blasting construction adjacent to the existing tunnel structure security analysis and Control . The main contents and results are as follows : ( 1 ) on-site blasting vibration monitoring Experimental and theoretical analysis , the empirical formula applicable to Class IV of the tunnel surrounding rock area , blasting vibration velocity propagation and attenuation law . ( 2 ) the use of the the ANSYS transient dynamics method to study vaults the crack defects lining the dynamic response of the structure in blasting load under impact stress distribution law of different depth cracks defects lining under blast loading impact velocity and allow a safety factor . Void ( 3 ) the use of ANSYS / LS-DYNA finite element software to create three-dimensional model , there is a different height for the dome , research the existing blasting loads tunnel lining structure dynamic response , access to centralized coupled loading dose of 8.0 kg, the lining is in a safe state and draw vaulted different height of the key parts of the Void lining model particle vibration velocity , displacement and stress distribution state .
