Abstract

Steel - concrete composite reinforcement a novel reinforcement technology is developed on the basis of steel - concrete composite beam principle, reasonable interface processing and connection structure, the reinforcement technology makes reinforced concrete and reinforced steel plate both complement each other, and therefore Paste steel reinforcement method and increase the effective combination of section reinforcement method. Steel - concrete composite reinforcement technology research work carried out by less at home and abroad, in order to further study the adaptability of this new type of reinforcement method works, in the basis of existing research, this article opens a combination of reinforcement Experimental study combined relying on engineering, steel - concrete composite reinforcement technology used in high-priced bridge fire Yaozhou reinforcement maintenance, evaluation and reinforcement effect, to lay the foundation for the promotion and application of this new type of reinforcement in bridge engineering. Four steel - concrete bending combination reinforced a rectangle concrete test beam, respectively, of the original beam damage, the shear connector shear span ratio of steel - concrete composite reinforcement effect and failure modes. The test beam test includes the value of the load, deflection, strain and crack distribution characteristics. Two test beams destructive testing, the test results show that a substantial increase in the original beam flexural capacity of steel - concrete composite reinforcement can. To establish the combination reinforced flexural capacity of a simplified formula as well as the finite element model, the calculated and experimental values ??of the theoretical calculations and numerical methods are in good agreement; designed four steel - concrete shear combination reinforced rectangular concrete test beam reinforcement height The combination of reinforcement effect of shear and the degree of injury. Respectively in reinforcement after completion and normal operations after a year and a half Yaozhou viaduct organized two real bridge load test and research, and a six-day observation of traffic conditions and dynamic strain monitoring. Load test and dynamic strain monitoring results show that the operators in good condition Yaozhou viaduct through reinforcement reached reinforcement target. In order to study the steel plate - concrete composite reinforcement Yaozhou Viaduct fire bridging different state by force behavior and mechanical properties of reinforced structure were assessed, respectively, in the ultimate limit state and serviceability limit state. The main content of the assessment of the critical cross-section of the deflection, stress and ultimate flexural capacity of. Using the finite element software Ansys and Midas the normal force performance limit state analysis before and after the bridge reinforcement; finite element software Ansys and simplified formula to analyze the ultimate resistance of the key sections before and after the bridge reinforcement. The evaluation results show that the combination of a real bridge reinforcement: Yaozhou viaduct on the down line burned bridging using the steel - concrete composite reinforcement and paste steel reinforcement can be used to improve the condition of the bridge during normal use force, and effective improve the overall stiffness of the bridge, the fire bridged overall after reinforcement after stiffness greater than the overall stiffness of the original bridge; ② combination of reinforcement allows the ultimate resistance of the key sections of the down line increased by 75% and 129% respectively, reinforcement after, the resistance of the key sections of the down line for that section in the ultimate limit state under the most unfavorable load effect value of two times, the security reserve of the cross-section resistance was significantly improved.
