Abstract


The 12th Five-Year period , China's road construction will usher in a new golden period , however, the traditional means of detection of the degree of compaction has been unable to meet the demand for road construction in the compaction process control . This thesis in home and abroad about the degree of compaction detection methods and research results on the basis of the attendant compaction detection method , an improved design based on the compaction process control (CCC-Continuous Compaction Control) system model. Combined in the detection algorithm on the FFT , the digital integrator , digital filtering , least squares fit algorithm, etc. to obtain a relative value of the degree of compaction , and finally through the large number of field trials obtained degree of compaction the relative value and the actual value of the degree of compaction The corresponding relationship and its calibration , the actual measurement value of the finally obtained degree of compaction . PC/104 embedded computer board system as the core and extended PC/104 analog , digital input board as hardware components the the communication part ZIGBEE module with GPRS module for wireless communication ; the peripheral software uses a structured , modular design method in Visual Studio 2005 the IDE ( integrated Development Environment ) , designed the lower machine software system to achieve the data show that the dump and print functions . Through theoretical analysis and field test results prove that the degree of compaction detection system design is reasonable , can meet online testing requirements in the degree of compaction of road construction .
