Abstract


The purpose of this paper is to explore the regulatory role of transformational leadership in the performance of the tendency of different cultural values ??and cultural values ??tend to transformational leadership and transactional leadership effectiveness to understand the leadership style of the culture of dependency ; purpose of the second is by exploring personal mediating variables and the validity of transformational leadership groups on two levels to better understand the mechanism of action of transformational leadership affects the attitude of the individual level performance and team level performance behavior and performance results . Combine these two purposes , the study attempts to outline a panoramic view of transformational leadership in the Chinese context . Conducted two studies . The research is a transformational leadership using classroom data observed in the tendency of different cultural values ??; research through field research on the regulatory role of transformational leadership effectiveness tend to explore the effectiveness of transformational leadership , mechanism of action , and cultural values ??. In a transformational leadership in the tendency of collectivist cultures more performance than individualistic cultural tendencies . Research , the paper found that the positive effects of transformational leadership on subordinates individual's job satisfaction and organizational commitment , and psychological authorized from the part of the intermediary 's role in this process of influence . Transformational leadership team of subordinates team organizational citizenship behavior has a positive effect on the team level , team identity and target share in this process of influence from the full mediation role . Meanwhile, we also found that the individualistic cultural orientation of the effectiveness of transformational leadership and transactional leadership were negative and positive regulatory role . The basis of the research findings , the paper argues that leaders should pay attention to the role of two levels from the individual and the team to achieve the team as a whole . At the same time , in the Chinese context , leaders need to be concerned about the emphasis on transformational leadership while transactional leadership role , pay attention to the two leading the way in the use of contingency different cultural backgrounds in the specific practice .
